I’m allergic to shellfish, wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts and a few more..it’s so annoying to go through life not being able to eat many things, since most everything is made with these foods.

Excellent question, because almost every single person here has one to several food allergies –you can say it’s an epidemic. So to answer your question, you must first understand what a food allergy actually is. You see, most everyone blames the food for their allergies, which is understandable since you only experience a food allergy when you actually eat something, but what you will probably never hear is that all the food sold in stores these days in contaminated. Yes, contaminated! Contaminated with pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, GMOs and many other contaminants. When you start eating this poison at a young age when your immune system is still weak, by the time you reach adulthood, you have lots of food allergies.

In other words, food allergies do not come from food, food allergies come from the contamination in the food, which is what you have been eating your whole life. It’s important you understand this difference. Now all you have to do is start eating food that’s not contaminated and your immune system can finally start recovering.
