Cycle one is “Accelerate.” During this 17–day cycle, you limit your calorie intake to about 1,200 a day, eating lean meats and no-starch vegetables. In addition, you should have two fat-free plain yogurts and two low-sugar fruits and one to two servings each of oil and green tea (to boost metabolism), but then again, you probably shouldn’t eat any dairy, because all the dairy sold at stores is terribly processed.
